Due to the current outbreaks in the area and our government moving the region into Alert Level 3, we are once again practicing a curbside approach.
We will have our waiting room door locked and there is a number posted in the door to call upon arrival. Once the veterinarian is ready for your pet, one of our team members will call you and will bring your pet into the building for his/her exam with the veterinarian. Please wait in your vehicle in our parking lot as the vet will speak to you during/after the exam. *Special accommodations may be made for more sensitive appointments but please discuss any special needs or requests with the receptionist at the time of booking*
You will need to call ahead for refills of medications and food and pay over the phone.
Please remember our waiting area is closed, so please do not get dropped off for your appointment.
Surgeries and appointments are going ahead as previously scheduled at this time and we will continue to see your pet in the the most efficient timeframe possible. Because we are doing extra cleaning in between appointments, it can sometimes take a little longer than normal in between appointments and we ask that you bear with us and have patience while we navigate our way through this.
