UPDATED AUGUST 9TH, 2021
As of 12:01 a.m. on Tuesday, August 10th, our provinical government has lifted the mask mandate, meaning masks are no longer MANDATORY. We will follow suit with this as well, HOWEVER, if you prefer to wear a mask when you are unable to social distance from any of our staff, you are quite welcome to do so.
In keeping with social distance recommendations, we are still allowing only ONE person per pet in our building. Please call the clinic at the number posted in our door to let staff know of your arrival. If you are unable to reach us on the phone (we have an exceptionally large amount of calls at this time) please come to the front door, WITHOUT your pet, and notify the front receptionists. When the veterinarian is ready for your pet, you will be notified and asked to come inside with your pet. *Special accommodations may be made for more sensitive appointments but please discuss any special needs or requests with the receptionist at the time of booking*
We are still asking that you call ahead for refills of medications and food and paying over the phone whenever possible.
Please remember our waiting area is closed, so please do not get dropped off for your appointment.
Surgeries and appointments are going ahead as previously scheduled at this time and we will continue to see your pet in the the most efficient timeframe possible. Because we are doing extra cleaning in between appointments, it can sometimes take a little longer than normal in between appointments and we ask that you bear with us and have patience while we navigate our way through this.
As the COVID-19 situation evolves and changes, so will our policies, so please keep in contact with us and keep checking our website and FaceBook page for updates.
*WE ARE TAKING THIS APPROACH TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF OUR STAFF AND OUR CLIENTS AND WE APPRECIATE YOUR CO-OPERATION*
THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONTINUED CO-OPERATION.
